1.5 oz Fig Infused Cognac
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz fresh sweet sour mix
Combine the ingredients with ice in a tall glass. Shake until well chilled. Pour into a martini glass. Squeeze quarter size piece of orange peel over and then add to glass.
How to Make Fig Infused Cognac:
750 ml of cognac, 16 oz black mission figs, ½ vanilla bean.
Cut off and discard the stems of the figs and slice each in half. Slice open half of vanilla bean and scrape out the inside. In a large jar, combine the figs, vanilla and cognac. Let infuse for 40 hours.
